1. Log into DirectWare® from www.directmortgagewholesale.com.
2. Select the borrower you would like to pull a credit report for or create a new loan.
3. Once your borrower has been selected click the AUS Submission Wizard link on the left-hand navigation bar. (If you are creating a new loan, once the loan has been created, you will be asked "Would you like to complete the Submission Ready Wizard now?" Click on "Yes".) This will bring up the credit report request form.
4. Ensure that the borrower information matches the information that was listed on the original credit report.
5. Select the reporting agency you would like to pull credit from in the Reporting Agency drop down menu.
6. Select the RE-ISSUE checkbox after choosing your Reporting Agency.
7. New fields will appear depending on which reporting agency you chose. Fill in the appropriate information and then select the "Request Credit Report" button.
8. Once the credit report is returned from the credit vendor it will be displayed.
