Simply complete our online closing doc order form, receive PRIORITY UNDERWRITING, and before you know it, your LOAN IS DONE!

Follow these steps for Priority Underwriting:

1. Import your loan application.
2. Use Loan Choices™ to select a loan program and lock the rate.
3. Use the Closing Doc Order Form to:
   1. upload your underwriting and appraisal packages
      (see Stacking Order; only complete underwriting packages qualify for priority status, so make sure you haven't left anything out)
   2. select vendors
   3. agree to and approve closing fees
4. You will be told that your loan qualifies for priority underwriting. 
5. Click "Yes – Proceed to Underwriting Submission".
6. Click the “Submit Loan to Underwriting” button.
