Use the On-line Doc Order to: upload your underwriting and appraisal packages (see Stacking Order; only complete underwriting packages qualify for priority status, so make sure you haven't left anything out) select vendors agree to and approve closing fees You will be told that your loan qualifies for priority underwriting.  Click "Yes – Proceed to Underwriting Submission".
