When you have a question about DirectWare^® or Direct Mortgage Wholesale, search for the answer in the DirectWare Search OR use our Live Support link.

1.  The search function is located in the upper right-hand corner of DirectWare.

2.  Enter a keyword and then click on "Search".

3.  A list of documents will appear.

4.  Click on the desired document and read your answer.

OR

1.   Click on the Live Support link located in the upper right-hand corner of our homepage from 8:30 - 5:00 MST.

2.   Fill out the form and press the "Request Chat " button.

3.   You can discuss your question with a Direct Mortgage associate using this live chat feature. If an assoicate is not available, you will be able to leave a message by filling out a form and pressing the "Send" button.
