In order to ensure a uniform user experience, DirectWare® now requires the use of Internet Explorer 7 (IE 7). Please download and install the free browser using the link below:

After clicking the link, scroll down and click the green "download" button. (Do NOT click the "Get it now" button. Doing so merely takes you back to the same page.)

The content in your browser will change. This time you will click a white "download" button.

You will be asked whether you want to run or save the file. Choose "Save".

A window will open allowing you to choose where to save the file. Choose the location, and then press "Save".

A message will tell you that the download is complete. Click the "Run" button. (If this message is not visible, find the file you just saved and double click it.)

You will be asked if you want to run the software. Click "Run" again.

A message about installing the latest updates may appear. Click "Next".

Installation will begin.

Once installation has completed, you will be informed that you need to restart your computer. You can either restart at this time by clicking "Restart Now", or you can restart later by clicking "Restart Later". Be sure to restart your computer soon so that you can access DirectWare right away.
